Refund policy

Thank you for supporting LazersEdgeDesigns. Because we specialize in custom-engraved and made-to-order products, our return policy is as follows:

1. Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-engraved or 3D-printed products unless they arrive damaged or contain a manufacturing error made by our team.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design choices before submitting your order. We engrave exactly what is provided in the order notes.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund on a damaged item:

  • You must contact us at lazersedgedesigns@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

3. Non-Customized Items

For any non-personalized items (such as "ready-to-ship" inventory), we offer a 14-day return window. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved due to damage or error, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
