At LazersEdgeDesigns, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every custom-engraved and 3D-printed piece. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Processing & Handling Time
Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, they require time for design and fabrication.

Standard Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be designed and engraved before it is shipped.

Large Orders: For bulk orders (48+ items) or complex custom projects, we will provide a specific estimated timeline via email.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer Flat Rate Shipping for all orders within the United States.

Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location and the carrier service used.
3. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure your custom items are handled with care. Once your label is created, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS; however, please ensure the address is correct to avoid delivery delays.
5. Order Tracking & Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the item.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at lazersedgedesigns@yahoo.com within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
